“Forward Hearts” allows individuals who have survived a sudden cardiac arrest event as a result of a HeartSine defibrillator to save another’s life by donating a HeartSine samaritan® PAD 300P Public Access Defibrillator to the charity or organization of their choice. This will be done in their name, in HeartSine’s name, and in the distributor’s name, to celebrate the life-saving event.
HeartSine believes so strongly in its AED technology, and the need to have readily available AEDs in public places, that it created this program to show the company’s ongoing commitment to saving lives.
How The Program Will Work:
When a HeartSine AED device is used to save a life, the distributor works to connect everyone involved – the company site, the saved individual, and HeartSine – to begin the donation program. The saved individual can choose to make his/her donation to the charity anonymously and confidentially, or as part of a public announcement. HeartSine will coordinate the donation, the presentation to the charity, and any promotional materials and activities associated with the Forward Hearts donation.
