Jennifer Adgey
Professor Jennifer Adgey, a well-known and respected authority in the field of clinical cardiac research, chairs HeartSine Technology’s Medical Advisory Board.
Since 1971, Professor Adgey has held the position of Consultant Cardiologist at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast and in 1991 she became a Professor of Cardiology (Honorary).
She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, London, as well as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Professor Adgey has published over 200 papers in the field of Cardiology, focused primarily on studies related to pre-hospital cardiac care, myocardial infarction, and sudden death.
Andrew Howe, MD
Dr. Andrew Howe qualified in medicine (Honours) from Queen’s University Belfast in 2005. He completed his initial medical training in the Royal Victoria Hospital and in 2008 became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK).
Dr. Howe obtained a speciality training post in cardiology in 2009 and in 2010 commenced a postgraduate MD degree through Queen’s University Belfast focusing on research in the field of cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
