Production Technician

As Production Technician your main responsibility will be to provide support to the manufacturing facility. Primarily this will involve investigation, documentation and repair or rework of product and test equipment.
The role will also include a responsibility to assist operations staff with daily challenges and to identify, report and contribute to remedial actions were non-conformances are identified.
Who we’re looking for:
A proactive individual, able to work unsupervised and with excellent interpersonal skills. You must have at least one year’s industrial experience in a similar post with experience of working in the areas of general electronics hardware.
You must also possess good soldering skills. An IPC qualification in this area would be an advantage.
The candidate should also be a confident communicator able to deliver effective training as necessary.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have an HNC qualification or equivalent in electrical or electronic engineering. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Having additional test or diagnostic experience would enhance your application.
